Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Redmond, WA. The Administrative Assistant will support managers, team members, customers, vendors, and internal departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to managers and multiple departments, including document preparation, filing, reporting, and special projects.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting logistics.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide professional customer service to internal and external contacts.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain records, update spreadsheets, and ensure information is complete, organized, and current.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and other office tools to support communication, scheduling, reporting, and document management.
- Assist with cross-departmental administrative tasks such as onboarding paperwork, invoice support, employee documentation, and recordkeeping.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Redmond, WA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily administrative support, calendars, schedules, communications, and office coordination.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
- Support multiple departments with document preparation, data entry, customer service, and special projects.
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams, customers, vendors, and business partners.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or similar office support role.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, and deadline tracking experience.
- Excellent data entry accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Executive Leadership, or other business departments.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRIS, or document management systems.
- Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, and business documents.
- Previous experience supporting onboarding paperwork, invoice processing, employee documentation, or cross-functional administrative projects.
