A respected education organization in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting C-level leadership. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in keeping senior leadership organized, prepared, and focused by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, and supporting high-level correspondence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives in a fast-paced education environment.
- Manage complex Outlook calendars, meeting schedules, appointments, and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and related logistics.
- Prepare, process, and track detailed expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Draft, manage, and respond to professional email correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Support multiple ongoing projects while maintaining confidentiality, organization, and follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.
- Location: Philadelphia, PA.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and process expense reports with strong attention to detail.
- Handle executive-level email correspondence and administrative communication.
- Support multiple ongoing projects and shifting executive priorities.
- 5 years of C-level Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience required, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Outlook scheduling and calendar management.
- Experience arranging international travel.
- Comprehensive experience managing expense reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Executive Assistant experience in higher education.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Strong ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or administrative challenges.
