Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and clerical support to office, operations, and management teams.
- Assist with human resources administration, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, personnel file maintenance, and general HR coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and confidential information.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, supplies, office communications, and day-to-day office workflow.
- Respond to internal inquiries, route information appropriately, and support employees with administrative needs.
- Help maintain an organized, professional office environment that supports efficient manufacturing operations.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant, office administration, HR assistant, or related clerical experience.
- Experience supporting human resources administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office software, document preparation, email, data entry, and recordkeeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior administrative experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
- Experience assisting with onboarding, employee documentation, timekeeping, or HR compliance records.
- Familiarity with office management processes, vendor coordination, and internal employee support.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus if aligned with business needs.
