Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Long Beach, CA. This role will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and work closely with upper management in a fast-paced construction, industrial facilities, and infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, follow-up, and day-to-day coordination.
- Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and upper management to resolve questions and support business needs.
- Manage pre-defined administrative projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, details, and deliverables are handled accurately.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, files, and communications using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Support office operations by coordinating information, tracking priorities, and helping leadership stay organized and prepared.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $56,160.00 to $64,480.00 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support the CEO with daily administrative coordination, communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish with accuracy, organization, and accountability.
- Resolve customer questions and coordinate information between customers, leadership, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, records, and correspondence.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, executive support, office support, or related clerical experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with upper management and supporting executive-level needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal hand holding.
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative, follow through, and complete projects within established timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leadership, senior management, or a CEO.
- Administrative experience in construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure, engineering, or a related business environment.
- Experience managing administrative projects, customer communications, or cross-functional coordination.
