Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day to day administrative support and help ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting a team, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Order and track office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
• Assist with data entry, timekeeping, billing, or invoicing as required
• Make travel arrangements and assist with meeting logistics
• Support special projects and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a professional services environment (legal, healthcare, corporate, or government)
• Familiarity with document management or scheduling software
• Basic bookkeeping, billing, or CRM experience
