We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Operations Associate to join a fast-paced operations team in Gainesville, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys handling multiple priorities, and has strong administrative and operational support skills.
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day operations by processing documentation, managing service requests, and assisting with basic financial and account-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Pull completed forms from vendor websites and upload them for service request processing
Organize and move completed documents into designated folders for accurate record-keeping
Create and manage service requests for tracking and operational purposes
Support operational departments with service request processing, including account maintenance and basic transaction support
Assist with special projects and operational improvement initiatives as needed
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Back-office operations experience, preferably within banking or financial services
Previous experience supporting financial or operational processes
Familiarity handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
