We are seeking a highly organized and creative Administrative Assistant with hands-on experience in social media management and video editing. This role blends traditional administrative support with digital content creation to support daily operations, brand presence, and internal coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while contributing creatively to marketing and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support

- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, email coordination, and document management
- Track productivity, maintain reports, and manage Excel spreadsheets
- Order office supplies and equipment; organize and maintain office inventory
- Assist with event coordination, meetings, and internal projects
- Provide front-desk support including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries

Social Media & Digital Content

- Manage and support social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Schedule, post, and optimize content to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Assist with content planning, trend research, and keyword analysis
- Repurpose existing content using AI and digital tools for blogs, posts, and videos
- Monitor performance metrics and report on content effectiveness

Video & Creative Support

- Edit short-form and long-form videos using tools such as CapCut and iMovie
- Create basic graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Support branding initiatives by helping develop visual content aligned with company tone and goals


Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office assistance, or coordination roles
- Demonstrated experience managing or assisting with social media accounts
- Video editing experience (short-form preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and keyword research platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
