Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Organize, maintain, and update records, databases, and files to ensure accurate and accessible information.
Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordinating office activities.
Report Preparation: Compile, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Task Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate office needs and proactively address challenges to maintain a productive work environment.
General Administrative Duties: Handle incoming calls, emails,
and mail, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
