A growing professional networking and business development organization is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership, membership operations, and event coordination efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing administrative support, member engagement, event coordination, and social media tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update member profiles and records
Coordinate meeting logistics, venues, and scheduling
Follow up with members regarding networking and engagement activities
Assist with creating social media content and marketing materials
Support membership onboarding and billing documentation
Attend select networking events and meetings as needed
Assist with recruiting and member outreach efforts
Coordinate meetings through Google Meet and Zoom platforms
Travel occasionally throughout the South Florida area for events and meeting support
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative support experience supporting leadership or management teams
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Experience using Canva to create flyers or marketing materials
Comfortable managing social media platforms and content creation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with CRM systems and Go HighLevel preferred
Additional Information
Full-time, 40 hours per week
In-person role located in Miami, FL
