We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the City of Ontario that is looking for a polished and dependable Receptionist / Admin Support professional to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and can confidently support both front office operations and administrative tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
Greet visitors and create a professional first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office communications
Provide administrative support to office and leadership staff
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with coordination
Perform data entry, filing, and document management
Help keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
Support additional clerical projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
Manufacturing office experience is a plus
