OA Reference: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high-level administrative support to our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in an office environment, understands how offices operate, and can step in with minimal training.
This role is best suited for a professional who has already handled front-office responsibilities, supported teams, managed software systems, and understands the expectations of a fast-paced business setting.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Managing day-to-day administrative and office operations
Serving as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff
Handling multi-line phones, email communication, and scheduling
Maintaining accurate digital and physical records
Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence
Supporting managers or departments with administrative tasks and follow-through
Coordinating office needs such as supplies, mail, and vendor communication
Working confidently within office software and internal systems to keep operations running smoothly
Required Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of recent, hands-on administrative or office support experience
Proven experience working in a professional office environment
Strong working knowledge of office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required)
Experience using internal systems, databases, or office platforms (CRM, scheduling tools, document management systems, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently without constant direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism

Entry-level candidates
Candidates without prior office or administrative experience
Individuals who are still learning basic office workflows
Candidates who have not previously used office software in a professional setting
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting a busy office or multi-department environment
Exposure to accounting, billing, or operations support
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
