Position: Administrative Assistant
Compensation: 20-22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Mon- Friday 8:30 to 4:30 onsite
Assignment Duration: 3-6 months with potential for temp to hire

Overview
The Office of Admissions is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential front desk and administrative support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
• Oversee swag inventory and supply management
• Ensure office coverage during staff meetings and training sessions
• Draft and edit communications
• Collaborate with administrative departments, faculty, and staff
• Assist with event planning and execution
• Coordinate inventory and supply orders
• Support departmental workflows and work closely with student ambassadors
Qualifications
• Prior administrative experience required
• Experience in higher education preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a front-facing role
