About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help keep our team running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency across departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and supporting leadership as needed.
What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members and leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
