Administrative Assistant
Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow, strong communication, and a well-organized office environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders
Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
Support onboarding tasks, recordkeeping, and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
