Administrative Assistant – Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a busy Seattle office. This is a 100% onsite role, ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays ahead of deadlines, and keeps the office running smoothly.
What You Will Do:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate onsite logistics
Support office operations, including supply tracking and vendor coordination
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and answer phones
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
What You Bring:
1 year of administrative, office support, or coordination experience
Strong communication skills and a professional, polished presence
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA (WA residents only)
