Executive Administrative Assistant (C-Suite Support)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO, President, Vice President, and CFO. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Prepare new business and renewal proposals, benefit comparisons, and reports
Manage compliance testing processes and maintain historical databases
Coordinate and distribute plan participant notifications and required notices
Assist in Board of Trustees meetings, including preparation of electronic files
Maintain client websites and develop quarterly e-newsletters
Handle correspondence and support various administrative projects
Top Qualifications (Must-Have)
3–5 years of executive-level administrative support experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with database management and document tracking systems
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro, WordPress, Constant Contact, Box/Dropbox
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
