Background check and drug screen
• Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical support functions including data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, and records management.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with agency retention and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist with processing applications, forms, and correspondence related to housing programs and tenant services.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for supervisors and department staff.
• Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information or directing individuals to appropriate staff.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic correspondence using Microsoft Office and agency systems.
• Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, compiling documentation, and ensuring all required materials are complete.
• Assist with intake, verification, and tracking of client documentation in accordance with HUD and local housing authority guidelines.
• Maintain office supplies, process purchase requests, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information.
• Provide general office support to management and team members, handling special assignments and performing additional duties as required to ensure timely completion of projects and daily operations.
