OA Reference: Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the go-to person for coordination and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with onboarding tasks, paperwork, and internal communications
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support special projects, events, and operational initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
High level of discretion and integrity
