We are assisting our client in the commercial real estate/government contracting industry with identifying an administrative candidate to provide clerical assistance for project managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Record and file management – data entry, file and organize physical and electronic file systems.
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries or issues.
• Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
• Coordinate, schedule and set meetings in Outlook, as assigned or requested.
• Process correspondence and requests for staff and management
• Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications
• Ability to collect information/data and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Independent planning, monitoring, tracking the status of assignments.
• Skilled in use of available resources and problem solving.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
