Administrative Assistant
Location: On-Site (ZIP 14051)
Compensation: $20/hour

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk support and greet visitors
• Answer and route phone calls with professionalism
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and general office coordination
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Support multiple team members and handle shifting priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working fully in-office
