Administrative Assistant – Full Time
Santa Barbara, Ca | $23 - $25/hr | M-F, 8AM – 5PM | In Person
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries
• Maintain filing systems and databases
• Operate office equipment and coordinate repairs
• Prepare and copy correspondence and documents
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail
• 2-3 years administrative experience
