Administrative Assistant
Location: Fort Mill, SC 29715 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM
Employment Type: Contract 3.5 – 6 Months
Note: Permanent conversion may include a higher pay rate of up to $30/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, take and distribute accurate minutes, and maintain meeting records
• Provide administrative support to leadership by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and arranging travel and meeting logistics
• Manage documents and contracts by tracking expiration and renewal dates, maintaining organized files, and processing incoming and outgoing records
• Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to inquiries, process mail, and coordinate meeting and event setup

Qualifications
• Proven administrative experience with meeting coordination and minute taking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare routine and confidential documents accurately
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning office systems for records management
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting in-person office operations
