As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and daily operations.
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document compliance
Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Support HR and operations with onboarding, scheduling, and internal communications
Order office supplies and coordinate vendor services
Help organize company events, meetings, and team activities
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all interactions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
Experience supporting executives or project teams
Knowledge of HR processes or document compliance
