This Administrative Assistant Position Features: Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. As a key member of our small team, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Order office supplies and handle inventory Assist with data entry, document preparation, and light bookkeeping Support basic HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and timesheet tracking Help with social media updates or light marketing tasks (optional, if applicable) Perform other general office duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) 1+ year of administrative or office experience (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pitching in where needed Preferred Traits: Friendly and approachable demeanor Dependable and trustworthy Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Apply for this great position as a administrative assistant today!
