We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our VP of Legal and Asset Management, as well as our Accounts Receivable Legal Clerks and Advanced Repossession Specialists. This is a high-impact role with a focus on supporting accounts requiring legal and recovery actions such as repossessions, replevins, judgments, liens, and garnishments.
?? What You’ll Do:
-Provide direct administrative support to the VP, Legal and Asset Management, and other members of the Legal and Repossession teams.
-Monitor account delinquency on a daily basis and assist in follow-up communications (calls, emails, and written correspondence).
-Assist with account processing related to legal remedies, ensuring proper documentation and communication are in place.
-Liaise regularly with customers, attorneys, and outside vendors via phone and email.
-Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to legal and asset management activities.
-Help ensure all recovery efforts are in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
? What We’re Looking For:
-1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in legal, finance, or collections environments.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.
-A self-starter who is proactive and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
