OA Reference: Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the CEO’s Administrative Assistant and members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in an organized and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Make, answer, and handle telephone calls.
Take, leave, and route messages, ensuring matters are properly addressed and resolved.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and/or events, preparing meeting rooms, equipment, food, and necessary materials.
Produce information as requested or deemed relevant, including but not limited to:
a. Prepare and draft reports, presentations, letters, quotes, proposals, communications, and other documents.
b. Receive, read, investigate, and route correspondence addressed to the CEO’s Administrative Assistant and/or ELT members.
c. Research and gather necessary data to properly manage and resolve business matters, inquiries, contracts, and more.
Coordinate the logistics for visits to our facilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a role providing direct support to management.
