We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide high-level support to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of success in administrative roles.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and route inquiries appropriately
Assist with event planning, office supply management, and vendor coordination
Support special projects and take initiative to anticipate needs before they arise
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative assistant or office support experience (executive-level support preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office technologies
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of accuracy
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
