Administrative Assistant Location: Nashville TN 37208
Up to $27.00 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office staff and leadership team
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Create and edit documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe/Bluebeam
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Support project teams with clerical and operational tasks
Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of office/clerical experience in a professional environment
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe/Bluebeam
Previous experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
Reliable, proactive, and organized with a positive attitude
Available to work onsite five days a week with flexible hours
