Administrative Assistant needed for a non-profit.
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32207 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
Pay: $17.19 - $18.00/hr
Type: Temporary with possible permanent opportunity
A non-profit organization is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior management and contribute to our mission of providing behavioral health and community services for children and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Coordinate meetings, travel, and special events
Assist with contracts, budgets, and fundraising efforts
Manage filing, phone calls, mail, and office supplies
Support Board activities and special projects
Guide other administrative staff as needed
Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Experience with Concur and finance/invoicing preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
