Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by providing administrative support, managing daily operations, and assisting with internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel as needed
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies
Support various departments with data entry, document tracking, and follow-ups
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
