As our Administrative whiz, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Office Management: Maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and correspondence.
Client Communication: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll be the friendly voice and face of our company!
Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Juggling multiple schedules? No problem for you!
Document Management: Preparing, organizing, and maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You're a master of organization!
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately entering data into our systems and generating reports as needed. Attention to detail is your middle name.
Project Support: Assisting with various projects as assigned, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and coordinating logistics. You're a team player!
Special Projects: Opportunity to take ownership of special projects and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the [Insurance/Real Estate] industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can charm anyone!
Strong organizational and time-management skills. You're a master multitasker!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.  
A positive attitude and a can-do spirit!
