Job Details:
Location: 100% onsite in Longwood, FL
Pay: $20-23/hour based on experience
M-F Schedule, 8am to 5pm
Job Functions:
- Check In Patient/Check Out Patients
- Verify Insurance
- Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
- Maintain clean and organized office
- Bookkeeping within QuickBooks (AP, AR, bank & credit card reconciliations)
- Scan patient documents and record in EMR System
- Maintain patient charts
- Maintain office supplies
- Verify appointments with patient
- Any other clerical functions needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a medical office
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- QuickBooks or similiar accounting system experience of 1+ years
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to multi-task
- Good work ethic and reliability
