This Administrative Assistant Position Features:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, family-oriented team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.

Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and updating records.

Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and team activities to promote a fun, positive work environment.

Handle customer inquiries, providing assistance and redirecting issues as needed.

Assist with office supplies management and ordering.

Support team members with any ad-hoc administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative environment.

Help create and implement new office processes to enhance efficiency and workplace morale.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to work well with all team members.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
