Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $18 - $25/hr (DOE)

Looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our workplace. If you are organized, have strong multitasking abilities, and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to executives and staff.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications in a timely manner.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure office organization.
Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and scheduling.
Support special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year of administrative experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
