We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with great energy to join our team and support our daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; Associates or Bachelor's degree is a PLUS
