ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
Customer service – Able to clearly communicate with all levels of relationships, handle all customers’ needs and resolve member issues.
Administrative support – Coordinating various print/mail projects including formatting, merging, printing and stuffing. General clerical work including data entry, sorting and filing.
Qualifications:
Computer knowledge - Advanced proficiency in all MS Office programs.
Administrative – excellent typing skills.
Communication – customer service with some sales skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Organization – needs to be extremely organized to manage multiple projects, be proactive, and utilize good judgment.
Flexibility – must adapt easily to change and be able to jump from one task to the next with ease.

Accounting Clerk
Immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk with superior organizational skills and attention to detail for this growing company. . Entry-level accounting knowledge with at least 1 year AP/AR experience. This position requires excellent problem solving skills and a “Can-Do” attitude. Candidates who believe that customer service matters are welcome to apply. As an Accounting Clerk your duties will consist of data entry of accounts payables, accounts receivable, deposits and posting of journal entries. You will need to maintain accurate records and complete documentation for all transactions. As a direct report to the Assistant Controller you will assist with month-end closing, from account reconciliation to the preparation of financial statements.
