Administrative Operations Specialist

We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Specialist for an onsite opportunity in Gainesville. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Manage documents, records, and internal communications
Support team workflows and coordination across departments
Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) daily
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Gainesville, FL
