We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative/Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Counselor – Enroll/Eligibility Rep. In this role, you will support clients through the application and eligibility process for essential services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, assess, and screen applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Proactively communicate with clients to collect outstanding documentation.
• Validate income information and determine eligibility for program services.
• Refer eligible cases to appropriate departments or programs.
• Engage with program participants daily to provide guidance and support.
• Educate clients on program services and eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve program goals.
• Maintain continuity of services and monitor ongoing eligibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience (customer service, administrative support, or case management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Must have access to a personal device (BYOD) that meets company specifications.
