Role: Admin Clerk Associate
Pay:
• 1st Shift: $20/hr
• 2nd Shift: $22/hr
• 3rd Shift: $23/hr
• Weekend Full-Time: $22/hr
• Weekend Part-Time: $22/hr
Assignment: Long-term. This is a production-line setting involving the handling of sensitive legal and financial documents.
Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 (121 and Denton Tap Road)
Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12:15 AM – 6:15 AM
• Weekend Full-Time: Friday–Monday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
What you'll do:
• Prepare incoming mail for digitization by extracting payments and documents from envelopes
• Enter and verify data accurately within internal systems
• Operate high-volume scanning equipment and ensure image quality standards
• Validate and reconcile electronic reports against physical documents
• Perform routine tasks independently and escalate non-routine issues to management
• Learn and adapt to new processing functions and equipment as needed
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and confidentiality standards
• Follow all customer and banking regulations related to operations, audits, and security

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of U.S. residence history
• Proof of U.S. citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, naturalization/citizenship certificate)
• Valid, unexpired state-issued ID or driver’s license
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and credit check
• Willingness to work in a high-security environment with strict rules (no cell phones or smart devices on the production floor)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must commit to no time off during the first 90 days (no exceptions)
