This Admin/CSR/Dispatcher Position Features:

We have an immediate need for a Service Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and transportation industry experience. The Service Specialist will serve as a floater, supporting multiple areas including driver onboarding, DOT compliance, dispatching, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and review driver files to ensure accuracy and DOT compliance
Support hiring and onboarding processes for new drivers
Assist with dispatching commercial drivers to various client locations as needed
Maintain accurate records for compliance, injuries, and other reporting requirements
Provide administrative support including file management, data entry, and reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as required
Fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Transportation industry experience required
Dispatch experience preferred
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Flexible, punctual, and adaptable to change
Quick learner with the ability to think outside the box
Bilingual Spanish a plus
