Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally while creating a positive client experience.
- Greet visitors and manage day-to-day front-office reception duties.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, document organization, and general administrative support.
- Prepare and send borrower loan packages and investment closing packages.
- Order insurance, credit, integrity, and title reports as needed.
- Assist with senior lien checks, insurance follow-up, collection notices, and distribution notices.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $41,600 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage front desk reception, incoming calls, visitor greeting, and client-facing communication.
- Support administrative workflows including data entry, filing, document preparation, and office organization.
- Assist with loan and investment processing documentation, report ordering, notices, and follow-up tasks.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative, clerical, reception, or office support experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn office systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent and dependable attendance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive, trustworthy, energetic, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of daily responsibilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Flexible and adaptable when supporting changing priorities across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
- Hard money or private lending experience strongly preferred.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
