About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development & Support Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as a vital link between our sales, product, and factory partners, ensuring that development projects stay on track and that our customers receive timely, accurate support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive with follow-ups, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all phases of product development, from initial concept to successful launch.
• Track and manage critical-path activities, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date list of ongoing projects to prevent delays or missed details.
• Communicate directly with overseas factories to monitor sample development, timelines, and revisions.
• Support the sales team by providing product information, updates, and timely follow-ups to customers.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments (sales, design, logistics, and customer service) to quickly resolve issues.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend product improvements.
• Conduct product training sessions for customer service and sales staff as needed.

Requirements
• Strong passion for consumer products and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and product/project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong follow-up discipline.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in product coordination, sales support, or factory-side development is a plus.

Language Skills
• English required.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a must (for overseas factory communication).
