We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Dean and Director of Student Affairs at a student-focused institution in Doral. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping students, providing front-office support, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an academic environment, this is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and front-desk support to the Dean and Director of Student Affairs
• Assist students with questions, forms, scheduling, and general guidance
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Prepare documents, maintain organized student records, and handle office correspondence
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and support daily office operations
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for students, staff, and visitors

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in an office support, administrative, or student-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced academic setting
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
