What We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE 3 years of administrative/office experience
MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish
Strong typing abilities and 10-key proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Access, including spreadsheets and reports
What You’ll Do
Distribute production paperwork to the correct departments
Create and maintain daily KPI spreadsheets and reporting
Maintain payroll and confidential records
Track production attendance
Support management with calls, emails, scheduling, and meetings
Build strong working relationships across the team
Assist with additional administrative tasks as need
