Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files
Serve as a first point of contact for clients—greeting visitors, answering calls/emails, and ensuring a warm, professional customer experience
Support inside sales activities by generating quotes, processing orders, following up with leads, and maintaining client records
Collaborate with the sales team to track opportunities, prepare sales materials, and manage client communications
Assist in coordinating customer orders, deliveries, and post-sale follow-up
Maintain and update CRM or other sales tracking systems
Support day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects as needed
Think critically, plan, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Use sound judgment and flexibility to adapt on the fly and keep operations running smoothly
Desired Traits & Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing or sales support role
Previous inside sales or customer service experience in a small business setting is highly valued
Filing experience strongly preferred
College degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
Critical thinker with the ability to plan, write, and pivot when needed
Self-starter with tenacity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
