Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support various departments in compiling and managing data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive spreadsheets that consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist various departments in collecting, organizing, and compiling data into a single, cohesive spreadsheet.
Create complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze and present data effectively.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and updates.
Develop and implement efficient data management processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Generate reports and summaries based on compiled data for management review.
Provide training and support to staff on Excel best practices and advanced functionalities.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
