Activities Coordinator

Bring energy, creativity, and connection to a vibrant senior community.
We’re looking for an Activities Coordinator who loves planning engaging events and creating meaningful experiences for residents. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, go-to person who helps make each day more social, enriching, and fun.

What You’ll Do

Plan, promote, and run engaging activities, events, and outings
Partner with residents, committees, staff, and vendors to shape programs residents love
Create monthly calendars, flyers, and weekly reminders
Coordinate vendors and performers within budget
Track attendance, activities, and resident birthdays
Support front desk and special community events as needed

Some evenings or weekends may be required for trips or events.

What We’re Looking For

Experience coordinating activities or programs (senior communities a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working closely with elderly residents with patience and care
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic online tools
Able to walk throughout the community and lift up to 15 lbs
