Activities Coordinator
Curating Exceptional Experiences for an Engaged Community

Position Overview:
We are seeking a service-driven Activities Coordinator to create and deliver engaging, high-quality lifestyle experiences for our residents. This role is central to fostering a vibrant, connected community through thoughtfully curated programs, events, and social opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a dynamic calendar of social, cultural, and recreational programs
Coordinate in-house events, celebrations, and off-site outings
Partner with residents, committees, staff, and vendors to enhance programming
Create and distribute polished communications, calendars, and event materials
Source and manage vendors while maintaining budget standards
Track attendance, maintain records, and support resident recognition (e.g., birthdays)
Provide administrative and occasional front desk support
Qualifications
Experience in activities, events, hospitality, or senior living preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Passion for creating meaningful experiences for older adults
Work Environment
Primarily indoor, hospitality-focused setting
Frequent interaction with residents, staff, and vendors
Active role with regular walking and occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs)
Some evenings/weekends required for events
