Seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to plan, promote, and deliver engaging programs that enhance residents’ quality of life. This role works closely with residents, committees, vendors, and staff to create meaningful social, recreational, and enrichment opportunities for the community.
Responsibilities:
• Research, plan, promote, and coordinate a variety of resident activities and events
• Develop monthly activity calendars, flyers, and communications
• Coordinate vendors, performers, outings, and on-site events
• Support event logistics, budgeting, and administrative tracking
• Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for resident activities
Qualifications:
• Experience planning programs or activities, preferably in a senior or community setting
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with diverse populations
• Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail required
Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events.
