Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist
Compensation: $20 per hour
Duration: 3-month assignment
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (hours slightly flexible)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary 3-month assignment. The role will focus on AP special tasks, including:
Verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness
Processing groups of invoices via spreadsheet upload
Qualifications:
Accuracy – Ensuring precise invoice verification and processing
Attention to Detail – Catching inconsistencies and maintaining financial integrity
Excel – Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management
Accounting Knowledge – Understanding of basic accounting principles
Oracle – Experience with Oracle’s financial systems
